Delivery policy for orders in the UK

Full payment must be received before the order is posted. 
Postage for items are based on the weight of the parcel and calculated automatically when you check out.
Your order will be dispatched within one week and sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. You will receive an email confirming dispatch on the day it is sent.
Items are available for collection from my studio in Diss – please email to arrange collection.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during posting The Saori Shed will issue a full refund or replacement.

Returns policy

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
You are able to return the item in its original, unused condition in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
I will issue a full refund on receipt excluding the original delivery charge. Or you are able to exchange the item.
Please contact me prior to return shipping.
The Saori Shed will pay for postage costs if items are damaged or faulty.
For other returns, postage is at the customers expense and insurance is recommended to cover all costs paid. 
The Saori Shed is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items on return.

UK SAORI studios are licensed to sell to customers in the UK.
